James Frost is a recent economics graduate from the University of Exeter in England and, alongside his degree, he has founded a company called Flaming Phoenix. Flaming Phoenix has created the Phoenix Bar – a completely nourishing (it meets all of the criteria for human nutrition set by the World Health Organisation) and fully sustainable food bar to prevent world hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition.
